The cost of orthodontics

In some clinics, orthodontic treatment is priced in dollars, while in some other clinics, it is priced in Turkish lira. Orthodontic prices range between 1500–5000 TL and vary according to many factors. Even the city where the treatment is carried out affects the price of orthodontics. For example, while the doctor who performs orthodontic treatment in Adana sets the treatment fee at 3000 TL, the same doctor gives the same treatment for 4000 TL in Istanbul. When you receive a referral from a hospital affiliated with the Ministry of Health to get your orthodontic treatment in private clinics, the state compensates you for 10% of the total cost of orthodontic treatment.
